My first visit to this restaurant, I found the food was delicious and restaurant environment was comfortable, food price reasonable, but the vegetable dish portion was small as seen in the picture. The yellow glutinous rice wine chicken was bland and below my benchmark standard, they should cook with more wine and make the aroma and taste stronger. Plus point join the member RM 10 to get discount for the food and beverage and every dish order RM 5 will be donated to the charity
Nice ambience with comfortable lighting's. The food here is quite good with some stand out signature dishes. Become a member and you get RM5 off for all their dishes. The Pork Trotter Vinegar was sweet and sour and the meat tender and savory. The rice wine chicken was also excellent with just the right amount of ginger plus wine to bring out the flavour of the chicken. Lam Yue Pork was also excellent. However the Lui Cha could need a bit more improvement as it lack depth. Overall the foods here were satisfactory. Looking forward to coming back here again.
The food taste ok and the portion is quite good for the price. The customer service is exceptional and within 15 minutes food already arrived. Reservation recommended as usually very full during peak hours. Apply for members for RM10 as the price is better if you come frequently.
This modern take on traditional Chinese cuisine has a @MICHELINGuid feel... The authentic "Hakka Cuisine', at Hakshan Menjalara is absolutely worth the price. Whether you order from the set-meal choices, or from the individual offerings, you will be very happy; we did both... I have no issues recommending this restaurant at this location, it's a wonderful street... We enjoyed the experience, dining out in Malaysia is very-very special, whether you are a local or visiting for the first time, whether you enjoy spicy food or just simple Asian flavours, Malaysia has something for you... Humbly, Kurt
If you're looking for a place that serves delicious food with your health in mind, this spot is a hidden gem. The dishes are thoughtfully prepared using less oil and minimal salt. The cozy environment adds to the charm. Soft lighting and a relaxed atmosphere make it feel like a peaceful escape from the daily rush.
Food was awesome! The taste was just right — not too strong, not too bland. Will definitely come again! The portion was satisfying and service was friendly too. Better to call for booking in advance to avoid waiting. Annual membership charge is RM10.
A good place to chill , hang out with friends for tea and causal meals . The whole restaurant vibe is good with nicely touch renovation. Love the colors of the whole place . Very clean and cosy Food was not bad , like the soup that come with the set .rice was nicely cooked . Price is normal and they stated they will donate portion of it Hard to look for parking in this area so be patient about that . Will definitely come again
If u like the vinegar pork trotter, u should try this. But it is slightly on the ginger spicy side if u know what I mean. It's delish. We ordered the 3 cups chicken, vege, cold tofu, nam Yu pork and everything was pretty good. Home cooked taste to me. I enjoyed it. Parking here is horrible tho. The staff don't really understand English so there were some hiccups here and there. Simple things like drinks mix up. U can also join their membership and get cheaper meals.
